Each year, Beef + Lamb New Zealand selects a team of chefs who have displayed exceptional culinary skills during the assessment period, to be Beef + Lamb New Zealand Ambassador chefs for the year. We are thrilled that Harry Williams, Head Chef of Alpha St Kitchen & Bar has been announced as an Ambassador Chef for 2018 and recognised for his expertise.

or the second year running Alpha St Kitchen & Bar was awarded this prestigious restaurant accolade based on our lamb and beef dishes. Dishes were assessed on taste, presentation, degree of cooking and overall appeal, over a three-month period.
Cuisine Top 100 Restaurants 2017
Alpha St Kitchen & Bar was announced as one of the Top 100 restaurants in New Zealand for 2017 by Cuisine Magazine. Restaurants are assessed anonymously and evaluated on food, atmosphere, service and knowledge, beverage selection. We are thrilled to be amongst such great company and recognised as one of the best dining experiences in the Waikato.
Winner New & Emerging, Waipa Business Excellence Awards 2017
Alpha St Kitchen & Bar has been announced as winner of the 2017 Waipa Business Excellence Award in the New & Emerging category, we were also finalists in Sustainability & Community and Digital Strategy categories. It's a testament to all the work we put in to be an excellent restaurant, great business and a great member of the Cambridge community.
