A CAMBRIDGE LOCAL
Hospitality runs deep here. Richard, our chef and owner, was born and raised in Cambridge, helping out in his dad's restaurants from a young age. From crumbing potato croquettes as a kid to running kitchens across the world, he's chased great flavour his whole life.
In 2020, Richard took over Alpha Street Kitchen, set in Cambridge’s iconic National Hotel. Even during uncertain times, he saw potential and dove in headfirst. Hard work, great support from locals, and a sharp team made Alpha Street what it is today.
